For a hotel, pub, wedding venue or retail site, the outside of the property is part of the customer experience. Grass, boundaries and entrances need to look cared for, while paths, drainage and parking areas must work safely during busy trading periods. We combine scheduled grounds maintenance with the external works needed to solve defects properly.
We work with owners, operators, property managers and main contractors across Yorkshire. The scope can cover an operational site, a refurbishment or the external package on a new development.

Working around customers, events and deliveries
Hospitality and retail sites rarely have long periods when nobody is present. We plan noisy or disruptive work around trading hours, weddings, functions, delivery windows and peak customer movements. Work areas and pedestrian diversions are agreed before starting and left secure at the end of each shift.
Where possible, larger works can be phased so parking, service access and the main entrance remain usable. For seasonal businesses, we can programme concentrated improvement work into quieter months.
Grounds maintenance with a repair capability
Routine visits can cover mowing, strimming, edges, vegetation and basic visual checks of boundaries and paths. If the team identifies a loose kerb, failed surface, drainage problem or damaged fence, we can report it and provide a separate quotation.
That construction-led capability means recurring symptoms are not simply tidied up. A wet entrance may need drainage; a breaking car-park edge may need sub-base repair; an overgrown boundary may reveal a failing fence. We explain the cause and propose proportionate work.
Refurbishments and capital projects
We can deliver drainage, foundations, concrete bases, surfacing preparation, fencing and landscaping groundworks as part of a venue refurbishment or new commercial building. Drawings and programme information allow us to coordinate the package with other trades and customer-facing deadlines.
